Benefits Reviews Consist of Three Easy Steps
Step 1
We prepare "apples to apples" proposals for each benefit to determine pricing and value and package these with recommended plan design changes based upon our experience with similar organizations.
Step 2
Your group chooses which benefits you would like us to review and provides us with a full census, relevant plan booklets and pertinent HR information.
Step 3
Upon presentation of the benefits review, your group decides on plan changes, if any.
